Jersey Water Works will be using a virtual event platform, Accelevents, where you will be able to view sessions, participate in Q&A, and connect with other guests. After you register via the virtual event platform, you will receive a link to join the event at the email address you registered with.
You can enter the event 30 minutes before the 1:00 pm start time on December 9 to set up your profile in order to best network with your fellow attendees. On December 10 and 11, feel free to enter the platform 15 minutes before the event to connect with other participants and to visit the expo area.
If you are using a work computer or network, it is very important that you make sure your IT team is aware that you and your colleagues have registered for an event using the Accelevents platform – it is a browser-based event platform, not an app-based one (like Zoom). Therefore here is what Accelevents suggest to make sure your access to Accelevents is not restricted and that any emails you receive come through to your inbox:
- Suggested web browser: Chrome (most updated version)
- Accelevents is a browser-based platform, meaning no application is necessary to download.
- It is recommended that you use a personal computer to access Accelevents.
- However, if you are using a work-computer, please confirm with your IT department that there are no firewalls or security settings that would prevent you from getting into the platform.
